DSTX Weekend Round Up; June 26-28
Welcome to your 3 day Happy Hour Weekend! Lot's going on around town this weekend before July 4th. Here's a round up of the what's what. Feel free to comment with anything we are missing. Make it a great one Drinking Springs!
12 Fox Beer Co.
Open 12-9 Fri/Sat; 12-7 Sunday. Busy weekend over at 12 Fox! They have Big Frank's Taco Truck Thursday-Sunday. Music by Austin Gilliam at 5:30 on Friday and Beth and The Backroad Boys Saturday 4pm.
Open 12-9 Fri-Sun; They are hosting a goat yoga event 11am Saturday. Check the FB page for details on attending.
Alice's Restaurant at Treaty Oak Distilling is open with limited seating. Playground is closed and you must sit at a provided table/seating area around the property.
Twisted X Brewing Company
Tasting room is open 11-9 Friday/Sat; 12-8 Sunday. Food Truck on site and a great all around vibe.
Jester King Brewery
Open by reservation 12-8 all weekend. They have set up some really cool areas for people to enjoy the brewery and remain spaced out. If you haven't checked out the new layout I recommend giving it a look. Really cool park like concept with trails and picnic areas over 165 acres.
The Shady Llama
Open 4-10 Friday-Sunday. They are walk in only this weekend due to the weather forecast. There is limited space due to the social distancing measures so get there early to enjoy this great beer garden.
Bell Springs Brewing Company
Open 11-6 all weekend long. Cans are now also available to take home.
Suds Monkey Brewing
open 3-9 Fri/Sat, 3-7 Sunday. Onsite pizza and a list of in house taps.
Acopon Brewing
open 2-7 Friday; 1-7 Sat/Sun. 12 beers on tap plus a new release Pils just added this week.
Last Stand Brewing Company
open 12-8 Friday; 12-6 Sat/Sun. Outdoor beer garden, cans available to go! This weekend they are featuring a Frozen Texas Sweet Tart specialty drink. New beer on tap- Reboot Hazy IPA, Azacca and BRU-1 hops this full bodied hazy is silky smooth and delicious coming in at 6.4% abv. Make sure you put this one on your "to drink" list.
Beerburg Brewing
open 3-8 Friday; 12-8 Sat/Sun. Beer Garden is open and spaced out. Food, beer, shade and Cocktails. Dog friendly
Desert Door
open 11:30-8 Fri/Sat; 12-6 Sunday. Live music 5:30 Friday, 3pm Saturday, and 2pm Sunday.
One Shot Distillery
open 12-8 all weekend long.
Frog Pond Distillery
Closed Friday, Open 1-7 Sat/Sun. Specialty drink menu available in the tasting room this weekend. Small spot worth checking out if you haven't yet.
