Lt. Col. Cocktail Drink Series: The Mandarin Margarita

Yes I know I skipped last weeks drink......Maybe I had just enjoyed a few too many from the weekend before!.  Going back to the spice this week with this refreshing twist to a margarita with a little kick.  It's only Wednesday so you have plenty of time to hit up the store and grab what you need to make this bad boy for a Friday happy hour!  

2 oz tequila
1 oz orange liqueur
3 oz juice from fresh squeezed mandarin orange
1 oz lime juice
1 oz agave nectar
2-4 jalapeño slices

In mixer add all ingredients and shake with ice. Pour into tajin rimmed margarita glass. Garnish with orange wheel and jalapeño slices.
