This is coming out a day early so that everyone can get good and ready for this mid November weekend.  That and I'm going to be out of town.....take your pick on which is the real reason.  Like any smart person who recently had and recovered from Covid I immediately booked a trip to Disney to celebrate my clean bill of health.  So while I'm searching high and low in Disney World for the few places that actually sell beer you all have tons of local options that will be much easier to locate a tasty beverage.

Weekend Update 11/13-11/15.

🍺Acopon open 2-8pm Friday, Saturday 1-8pm, and Sunday 1-6pm for onsite consumption and cans to go.  Patio is open and food available.  Thursday nights trivia starts at 7pm.  Their Karnstein Amber Lager is back on tap this week.   

🍺 One Shot Distillery open 5-10 Thursday/Friday, Saturday 12p-10p, and Sunday 12p- 8p. Onsite food truck, drink service and growler fills.  Thursday they have Heather Wiley & Lee Baker and Co on stage; Saturday night music starting at 7pm- Southern Gothic Achievement.

🍺 Last Stand Brewing Company open 2-6 Friday; 11-6 Saturday/Sunday.  Patio is open for enjoying your beer and food while you watch weekend football.  If you find yourself downtown this weekend check out their new location on S. Congress. 

🍺 Beerburg  Open 3-8 Friday, 12-8 Sat/Sun for onsite and to go orders.  Restaurant onsite with outdoor seating.  Dog park onsite!  . 

🍸 Treaty Oak Distilling open 12-9 Fri-Sun. Full restaurant and plenty of outdoor space to socially distance.

🍸 Deep Eddy Vodka  Friday/Saturday 11-5pm; Sunday 12-5pm. The tasting room is open back up along with their weekend food truck offerings.  They have limited capacity and are not allowing the typical party buses so the crowd will be a bit less than normal.  

🍸 Frog Pond Distillery Open 1-7 Saturday, 12-6 Sunday. Stop in and grab a bottle to go and enjoy some of their specialty cocktails on the patio. 

🍸 Remington Vodka New distillery in Dripping.  Open Friday 3-7; Saturday 12-6; Sunday 12-5.  They are located on Frog Pond Rd off of 290.  Check them out and show the new kid on the block some love. 

🍺 Twisted X Brewing Open Friday/Saturday 11-9 and Sunday 12-8. tasting room is open, Daniele's Pies making pizza and lots of open space to enjoy your drinks/pizza.  

🍺 Jester King Brewery Friday/Saturday 12-10pm, Sunday 12-8pm.  Reservations only for one of the best spots in Hill Country.  They have done a great job opening the property up and allowing for some great socially distant social gatherings.  There are a couple new beer releases this week and they are offering weekend farm tours.  Sign up details on their FB page. 

🍺 Bell Springs Brewing Company open Fri-Sun 11-6.  Food truck onsite all weekend.  Onsite food truck and they have a winery right next door. They have their weekly Friday Supper Club (check FB for ticket details) and live music this Saturday at 2pm from Lauren Myrick.  

🍺 Suds Monkey Brewing open 3-9 Fri, 2-9 Saturday, 2-8 Sunday. Pizza available onsite, tap room is open for dine in eating and the outdoor beer garden is open to the public.  Pizza specials all weekend long.  They have new football season hours, meaning if the game is still playing they are still open!  

🍸 Desert Door Tasting room is back open!  Friday at 5:30pm they have their Wild Texas Music Series- On stage this weekend they have Jordan Matthew Young (Fri).  Big 3rd Anniversary weekend Saturday and Sunday-  Saturday David Touchton, Harvest Thieves and Altamesa will be performing. Sunday Sophia Johnson.  Sunday they are hosting an advanced purchase brunch $55 per person includes a pig roast, apps, drink, some merch and a performance by Jonathan Terrell. $3 Ranch Waters all weekend long!

🍺 Family Business Beer Company open 3-10p Friday, 11-10p Saturday, and 11-9p Sunday. It's by reservation only so head to their the FB and click the link to secure your spot.  They are serving up all the FBBC beers you love and artisan pizza.  

🍸Revolution Spirits open for dine in and take out Fri/Sat/Sun 1-7pm.  They are right next to Last Stand and you can easily support two local spots with one stop of the car.  The BBQ from their onsite truck is amazing.  They have their homemade brats available again this weekend.  

 🍺Vista Brewing open for reservations and pick up orders Friday 4-9, Sat/Sun 1-9. Please follow the reservation system on their website to secure your space. If you are heading to Bee Cave they have a pop up beer garden at the Hill Country Galleria all weekend, along with music in the main lawn of the Galleria on Saturday.  I checked out the Live on the Lawn series last weekend and it was a lot of fun!   New beer release this week- Positivity, a New Zealand style pale ale with lychee, grapefruit and fresh bread.  5.7%

 🍺 Roadrunners Bar and Grill open 11:30-10pm Friday, 11a-10p Saturday, 11a-9p Sunday. Full Service bar and grill next to Drip YMCA.  Lots of family friendly activities and a nice drink and tap list. Live music this weekend- Howlin' Waters Saturday at 7pm.

🍺 Hill Country Tasting Room Open Friday-Sunday 3-7;   Have you been here yet?  They have a great selection of local wine, beers, ciders and meed. Great prices and just a really cool vibe.  $18 growler fills all week long. 

🍺 Hitmaker Brewing Open for beer to go Thursday/Friday 4-7pm and recently added Saturday 2-6pm.

🍺 Savage's Hill Country Bar open 11a-12a Fri/Sat, 11a-11p Sun.  Make the trip down to Wimberly for a great hang, food and music.  This weekend's line up is- Friday 8pm Law by the Gun; Saturday at 2pm JT Tuttle; Saturday at 8pm Texas Renegade.

 🍺 The Shady Llama  Open Friday/Sunday 12-8.  Awesome spot to enjoy a nice hill country weekend.  Food Trucks and great beer. 

🍺 Fitzhugh Brewing Open Friday 4-8pm; Saturday 11-8pm; Sunday 12-6p,  Brand new brewery just opened last weekend.  Lots of outdoor space, great playscape for kids and food provided by PEJ Kitchens. Make sure you check them out!  New beer on tap this week- Wee Scottish, it's a 9.2% malty ale.
