Welcome to the weekend Drinking Springs!  I'm home alone with the kids all weekend long so I have a pretty full schedule centered around beer and meat pairings.  What's your beautiful October weekend have in store?  Weather looks great all weekend long.  Who's hitting up what spot?  If you are unsure of where to go and what's happening, read below and be in the know.

Weekend Update 10/9-10/11.

🍺Acopon open 2-7pm Friday, Saturday 1-7pm, and Sunday 1-6pm for onsite consumption and cans to go.  Patio is open and food available.  New Beer this week- Whitby on cask- It's an English Golden Ale hopped with cascade.  Get some before it's gone.  Check them out on Thursdays at 7pm for trivia night. Space is limited so email ahead.  Details on their FB page. 

🍺 One Shot Distillery open 5-10 Thursday/Friday, Saturday 12p-10p, and Sunday 12p- 8p. Onsite food truck (Big Franks Taco Truck, drink service and growler fills. No live music is listed for this weekend, but they are hosting a trivia night on Thursday Oct 15th starting at 7pm

🍺 Last Stand Brewing Company open 2-6 Friday; 11-6 Saturday/Sunday.  Beer Garden is open to enjoy your to go cans before you go.  Saturday at 11am stop in and grab a beer then watch the UT vs OU game.  Good beer, good food and fall football!

🍺 Beerburg  Open 3-8 Friday, 12-8 Sat/Sun for onsite and to go orders.  Restaurant onsite with outdoor seating.  They have been hosting weekly virtual happy hours every Thursday, be sure to check it out this coming week.  New beer this week to try- Ashe Juniper Pale Ale- its a sweet, piney, fruity hopless brew made with juniper harvested on site.  

🍸 Treaty Oak Distilling open 12-9 Fri-Sun. Full restaurant and plenty of outdoor space to socially distance. This Saturday they are hosting their 14th anniversary party.  They will have special drinks and live music all day- The madness on stage from 3-5 and Django Walker & Rob Baird at 6pm. Food, drinks, open space....the onsite restaurant- Alice's Restaurant, has opened back up for 5 day a week service Wed-Sun. They are releasing a very limited number of their Treaty Oak Barrel Reserve Run this weekend.  Available 12pm on Saturday- grab it before it's bye bye. 

🍺12 Fox Beer Co Open 12-9 Friday/Saturday; 12-7.  Beer garden is open, lots of spread out tables to enjoy food and music.  This weeks food truck is Whoa BBQ Truck all weekend long..  Friday's music offering is Chris Lancaster at 5:30; Saturday Fun Gus and the Shrooms at 4pm; and Sunday they have Michael Lawsage and Friends starting at 1pm. 

🍸 Frog Pond Distillery open Saturday for bottle sales 1-6.  They offering premade mocktails of their signature drinks to go that can be picked up and then alcohol added when you get home.  

🍺 Twisted X Brewing Open Friday/Saturday 11-9 and Sunday 12-8. tasting room is open, Daniele's Pies making pizza and lots of open space to enjoy your drinks/pizza.  Twisted X has opened up the parking lot and areas around the tasting room, if you haven't been recently you should check it out.  

🍺 Jester King Brewery Friday/Saturday 12-10pm, Sunday 12-8pm.  Reservations only for one of the best spots in Hill Country.  They have done a great job opening the property up and allowing for some great socially distant social gatherings.  Great pizza is just the cherry on top.  They are hosting a Black is Beautiful 5K October 17th.  This week they released a limited APA- I Voted Today.  It's a double dry hopped American Pale Ale, 5.6% ABV and all proceeds support Jolt Initiative. Limited to 200 cases.

🍺 Bell Springs Brewing Company open Fri-Sun 11-6.  Food truck onsite all weekend.  Check their FB page for what trucks will be there this weekend.  They are encouraging you to bring blankets and chairs so you can spread out on the property and enjoy the day in the shade with a beer. They have their Bell Springs Supper Club happening every Friday.  Live Music Saturday starting at 2pm from Stephen Beatty.. 

🍺 Suds Monkey Brewing open 3-9 Fri/Sat, 12-8 Sunday. Pizza available onsite, tap room is open for dine in eating and the outdoor beer garden is open to the public.  Pizza specials all weekend long.  They have new football season hours, meaning if the game is still playing they are still open!  They released their Mosaic SMaSH this week- its an effervescent hazy super citrus pale ale.  They release this twice a year and it's usually a crowd favorite. 

🍸 Desert Door Tasting room is back open!  Friday at 5pm they have their Wild Texas Music Series- On stage this weekend they have Joseph Mach (Fri), Jacob Alan Jaeger (Sat), and Oak Hill Boys (Sun).  New fall drinks available this weekend- The Revelation looks amazing.  Make the trip to Desert Door if you have not yet, it's a great spot. 

🍺 Family Business Beer Company open 3-10p Friday, 11-10p Saturday, and 11-9p Sunday. It's by reservation only so head to their the FB and click the link to secure your spot.  They are serving up all the FBBC beers you love and artisan pizza. Grab some of their Oktoberfest while supplies last. . 

🍸Revolution Spirits open for dine in and take out Fri/Sat/Sun 1-7pm.  They are right next to Last Stand and you can easily support two local spots with one stop of the car.  The BBQ from their onsite truck is amazing.  As of this weekend they are now open on Sundays again.  Stop in, grab a cocktail and a brat. 

 🍺Vista Brewing open for reservations and pick up orders Friday 4-9, Sat/Sun 1-9. Please follow the reservation system on their website to secure your space. If you are heading to Bee Cave they have a pop up beer garden at the Hill Country Galleria all weekend, along with music in the main lawn of the Galleria on Saturday.   Friday night at the Driftwood taproom they have Adam Johnson performing at 7pm. 

 🍺 Roadrunners Bar and Grill open 11:30-10pm Friday, 11a-10p Saturday, 11a-9p Sunday. Full Service bar and grill next to Drip YMCA.  Lots of family friendly activities and a nice drink and tap list. Live music Saturday at 7pm from Seventh Sun.  

🍺 Hill Country Tasting Room Open Friday-Sunday 3-7;   Have you been here yet?  They have a great selection of local wine, beers, ciders and meed. Great prices and just a really cool vibe.  $18 growler fills all week long. 

🍺 Hitmaker Brewing Open for beer to go Thursday/Friday 4-7pm and recently added Saturday 2-6pm.

🍺 Savage's Hill Country Bar open 11a-12a Fri/Sat, 11a-11p Sun.  Make the trip down to Wimberly for a great hang, food and music.  This weekend's line up is- Friday 8pm Cade Halliday; Saturday 8pm Ruby Dice.
