Ok, I've been lazy the past two weeks.  Mostly because I had weekend guys trip that I was prepping for last week and then recovering from this week.  The older I get the longer it takes to feel 100% again after a fun weekend.  It's Friday and I'm finally back to normal.  So here is the skinny on what's happening around town this weekend.  Lots of options for a good time if you are starting to venture out again.  See a spot that I'm not tracking, let me know and I'll add it to the list moving forward.

Weekend Update 9/18-9/20.

🍺Acopon open 2-7pm Friday, Saturday 1-7pm, and Sunday 1-6pm for onsite consumption and cans to go.  Patio is open and the weather is perfect to watch people stroll past on Mercer St. Sauce It Up wood fried pizza will be providing the food this weekend.  Pizza and Beer...need we say more? 

🍺 One Shot Distillery open 5-10 Thursday/Friday, Saturday 12p-10p, and Sunday 12p- 8p. Onsite food truck, drink service and growler fills. They have the Jesse Stratton Band playing Saturday night from 7-9.  Also put on your calendar for next week, Thur 9/24 they are hosting a trivia night at 7pm.  Details on their FB page. 

🍺 Last Stand Brewing Company open 12-6 Friday/Saturday/Sunday.  Beer Garden is open to enjoy your to go cans before you go.  Tons of shade and food truck usually onsite.  Check out their signature beer slushies all weekend long.  

🍺 Beerburg  Open 3-8 Friday, 12-8 Sat/Sun for onsite and to go orders.  Restaurant onsite with outdoor seating.  They have been hosting weekly virtual happy hours every Thursday, be sure to check it out this coming week.  Sundays from 12-4 they are now serving breakfast tacos!

🍸 Treaty Oak Distilling open 12-9 Fri-Sun. Full restaurant and plenty of outdoor space to socially distance. Food, drinks, open space....the onsite restaurant- Alice's Restaurant, has opened back up for 5 day a week service Wed-Sun.  They released the bottled Old Fashioned Cocktail in full size 750ml bottles this week.  Grab one and enjoy!  Live Music returns this weekend!  Friday Michael Longoria Trio from 6p-8p;  Saturday Grupo Massa 3p-6p; Sunday The Powell Brothers 1p-3p.

🍺 Jester King Brewery open Friday/Saturday 12-10, Sunday 12-8p. Reservation only. Lots of open space and great food options. Visit their website for reservation details.  Pizza......very good pizza.  The outdoor space and trails are an amazing way to get out and experience the Hill Country. 

🍺12 Fox Beer Co Open 12-9 Friday/Saturday; 12-7.  Beer garden is open, lots of spread out tables to enjoy food and music.  This weeks food truck is Big Frank's Tacos.  Three days of live music kicks off tonight with the Brandon Ford Song Swag at 5:30p, Saturday Treble Soul at 4p, and Sunday Madison Rodgets at 10am then Keith Ikard at 3p.

🍸 Frog Pond Distillery open Saturday for bottle sales 1-6.  They offering premade mocktails of their signature drinks to go that can be picked up and then alcohol added when you get home.  

🍺 Twisted X Brewing Open Friday/Saturday 11-9 and Sunday 12-8. tasting room is open, Daniele's Pies making pizza and lots of open space to enjoy your drinks/pizza.  Twisted X has opened up the parking lot and areas around the tasting room, if you haven't been recently you should check it out.  

🍺 The Shady Llama sadly they are still unable to open due the executive order. Fingers crossed that will change soon, we miss the views and the Llamas!

🍺 Bell Springs Brewing Company open Fri-Sun 11-6.  Food truck onsite all weekend.  Check their FB page for what trucks will be there this weekend.  They are encouraging you to bring blankets and chairs so you can spread out on the property and enjoy the day in the shade with a beer. 

🍺 Suds Monkey Brewing open 3-9 Fri/Sat, 12-8 Sunday. Pizza available onsite, tap room is open for dine in eating and the outdoor beer garden is open to the public.  Pizza specials all weekend long.  They have new football season hours, meaning if the game is still playing they are still open!

🍸 Desert Door Tasting room is back open!  Thursday from 6-7:30pm they will be streaming their 3rd Annual Mesquiteers Fest (Link on FB page) advanced purchase required, check FB for details.  . They have thier Wild Texas Music Series back for onsite entertainment starting at 5pm.  This week: Friday-Thawind Mills, Saturday Winston Cook, Sunday Todd Roth.

🍺 Family Business Beer Company taproom is closed but will be opening in the very near future!. To go beer available Friday 3-7, Sat/Sun 12-7. Advanced orders available on their website for pick up. 

🍸Revolution Spirits open for dine in and take out Fri/Sat 1-7pm.  They are right next to Last Stand and you can easily support two local spots with one stop of the car.  The BBQ from their onsite truck is amazing.  

 🍺Vista Brewing open for reservations and pick up orders Friday 4-9, Sat/Sun 1-9. They are selling a cheese and beer tasting kit, you can order online and pick up this week for a zoom tasting on Wed 9/23. They released their Laissez Faire Wine Barrel-Aged Brett Ale this week.  It's on draft and available for to go bottles at the brewery.  

 🍺 Roadrunners Bar and Grill open 11:30-10pm Friday, 11a-10p Saturday, 11a-9p Sunday. Full Service bar and grill next to Drip YMCA.  Lots of family friendly activities and a nice drink and tap list. Live music Friday night 8pm- Howlin' Waters; Saturday at 8pm Madison Rodges.  Their Oktoberfest weekends kick off this Saturday and they will have weekend Bavarian Food, games and music every Sat/Sun through the first week of October. 

🍺 Hill Country Tasting Room Open Friday 3-7; Sat/Sun 2-7.  Have you been here yet?  They have a great selection of local wine, beers, ciders and meed. Great prices and just a really cool vibe.  $18 growler fills all week long. 

🍺 Hitmaker Brewing Open for beer to go Thursday/Friday 4-6pm.

🍺 Savage's Hill Country Bar open 11a-12a Fri/Sat, 11a-11p Sun.  New spot opened up in Wimberly a couple weeks ago and they have had some rave reviews.  Live music Friday from Bandreu and then Saturday starting at 8pm they have Stray Dawg and The Wolves.
